Hi, I’m John McCormack. I’m a SQL Server DBA from Paisley, Scotland and I work mainly with SQL Server 2008 – 2016 however I also work with MySQL. My other interests includes web development.
I’ve been working with SQL Server since October 2012, gaining my first DBA job shortly after graduating from UWS in Scotland.
This site is a home for my scripts, guides and best practice that will help me in my DBA career. It will start small and I’ll add content regularly.
If you decide to use anything you find on the site, you better understand what you are doing. Some database changes are irreversible. There may be mistakes here in the code or the guides. I am not liable for anything that goes wrong as a result of you using the content of this site.
